    This free meeting is where every learning project starts. Our experienced team of Instructional Design and creative professionals will walk you through our proprietary needs assessment process that will bring clarity to your current elearning needs. Together we will work with you to provide a detailed learning project plan.

  • Step 2: Proposal

    We will gather necessary materials from you and deliver a detailed proposal outlining our Inno-Versity Operating System (iOS) for developing custom eLearning projects including: Statement of work, complete timeline, introduction to your dedicated eLearning team, overview of our in-depth technical approach to eLearning, project deliverables, detailed budget estimate and project hourly breakdown.

  • Step 3: Project Kick-Off

    We schedule a time with you to kick-off eLearning project. Our respective teams sit together to review our process, create an eLearning Blueprint, delivery schedule, storyboard workflow and feedback plan.
